Welcome to the M.E.A.L with Monique Turner
In this unique community you will learn strategies, techniques and solutions that you can use to move past your current situation. We all have a gift inside of us and it’s time for it to be revealed to the world.

In the M.E.A.L your appetite will be fed with everything you need to unlock your gift and walk in your purpose. Most of us have a what some would like to call a dark past. My past is what’s shaped me to identify my gift and walk in my purpose.

My mission is to address the social emotional barriers that individuals in the criminal justice system battle with that keep them with an imprisoned mindset. I struggled with an imprisoned mindset after serving 5yrs in federal prison. Terminating my probation one year early on my own was my first step to FREEDOM and that’s what the M.E.A.L Community is all about you accessing your FREEDOM to live the life you’ve been dreaming about since you were a kid.

Never Personal , Always Purpose

Early in her journey, Monique experienced some of life’s hardest struggles, the death of both her parents and if that wasn’t enough she had to self-surrender to serve a 5yr prison sentence at the age of 25. She was forced to leave her son with his father and family. The domino of tragedies left her lost, confused, hopeless and feeling despair.
Monique had an important decision to make. At this crossroad, she asked herself. “Is this the life meant for me?” Her answer was “No". She made the decision to turn her life around and follow her vision to start a nonprofit organization. She learned the skills needed to write her own motion and expunge her criminal record.
Monique seeks to transform and uplift the voices of the underserved and unheard. She has mentored over 25,000 at-risk youth grades k-12. She’s also provided emotional intelligence and self-development trainings for formerly incarcerated individuals in hopes for them to reclaim their lives and discover their true purpose.

This community offers something that’s real, raw, and uncut. The passive approach doesn’t work for strong-minded individuals and that’s what each of you are. That’s why I’m laying out my journey because it’s worked for me and my past clients. Once you get control over your mind you get control of your life. The M.E.A.L will provide you with the steps needed to unlock your gift and walk in your purpose. After incarceration, you hear, “No” a lot. In this community, you will learn to accept “No” because you have a different understating now.

TESTIMONIALS

I made some emotional decisions that caused me to catch an Assault Case. On February 20, 2018 I was placed on House Arrest for 120 days and Probation for 3 years and a few other things I needed to complete as part of my sentencing. After completing everything that was asked of me besides the probation, my life was shifting into a better direction. I needed to be paperless in order to move forward with my goals. I reached out to Monique Turner for assistance in helping me terminate my probation early. Monique wrote a motion for early termination. On November 14, 2019 The District Attorney and Contra Costa County Court moved this court for order declaring a termination of probation. Just in 11 days I got the best news ever. My probation was fully discharged on November 25, 2019. With the help from Monique I was able to walk in the direction of tackling my goals and fulfilling my dreams. Most importantly being FREE. Thank you Monique Turner for all your help and encouragement!

"Monique helped me prepare my motion for early probation termination and she did it the way she told me and she really meant it. Because of that motion, I filed to the federal judge in 2020, I am a free man now -- thanks to Monique."

  • Does everyone on probation qualify for early release?
No. There isn't one size fits all, each case is unique with its own guidelines.
  • Who has the final say when it comes to terminating my probation early?
The Judge. Your probation officer will be able to give their recommendation, but they don’t have the final say.
  • Can I terminate my probation if I have over a year left?
Yes. The worst that can happen is the judge tells you No. Those are some good odds, so why not go for it.
  • If my spouse/sibling/friend is still in jail can they start the process now?
No. What they can do is know what is required of them upon release and menatlly prepare themselves for the process ahead.
  • What if I just came home from prison can I terminate my probation early?
The judge will want to see you complete some of the requirements that were asked of you before terminating your probation early.
